As part of the first phase of a larger project encompassing three phases, we navigated logistical complexities, particularly with accessibility for deliveries within the expansive area managed by Southern Housing. Each task was handled with precision, illustrating our capability to adapt to the project’s unique demands without compromising on quality.

The heart of our waterproofing solution lies in the meticulous installation of a three-layer felt roofing system, utilising Paralon felt. This choice not only ensures durability but also acts as a reliable defence against the elements. Our insulation approach featured tapered Kingspan insulation, designed to facilitate optimal water drainage. Every detail was accounted for, ensuring that water flows seamlessly toward the designated outlets, enhancing the longevity and durability of the roof.

Completion of this project within the stipulated timeline and budget is a testament to our dedicated team.
