Job Title: Flat Roofer

Pay Rate: Price Work, Day Rate Work
Location: London & Southeast Region
Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, 07:30 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of flat roofing systems (felt, liquid, single-ply, Hot Melt)
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality
• Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of roofing systems
• Working as part of a team or independently to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Communicating effectively with team members

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a flat roofer
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems (Insulation build-ups and drawings)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high standards (consistent beads)
• Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently
• CSCS card (essential)
• Must be manufacturer certified (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable but not essential)
• PASMA (desirable but not essential)
